The process only removes possible small dust particles or contaminants that hide in the flat area. We filter this precious gift, "the bride" as we call her, through 1 micron filters, passing an ultraviolet light to ensure purity: then the bride meets "the groom" (our distillate) the blending begins! Our technicians carefully regulate the heating process, by bringing our mash up to temperature very slowly we minimize the possible "burning" or "burning" of our products.
